Accepting invite to view with pre existing account

Okay, I've searched high and low and can't seem to find resolution. I already have an Arlo account with two cameras. I have a friend that also has an Arlo with two cameras. We would like independent control over our own accounts normally, but also want to share our accounts with each other. I've tried accepting the access email I received from them but I can't get any of the links to open up at all, just the "Arlo" loading page. I've tried on my phone in chrome and requested the desktop site also.

Try using a computer.
