ARLO PRO - Base Station stays Amber Light (Reset button doesn't work)

My Arlo Base Station power indicator stays in organge/amber light.

I tried holding down the reset button but it doesn't do anythings.

Sounds like either the power supply or base has an issue.  Swap at the store or open a case with support.
