4xh16c7abfc6c sound is scratchy when you talk

Sound is scratchy when you use the microphone..have had 3 cameras replaced. After a short time, the new cameras do the same thing... i have magnetic mounts ...everything else works fine...help me before I go nutz!!!  B arry

Sounds like you have to contact Netgear Support again... not much the forum can do if it's hardware

If it's happened on several cameras, this could be an issue with the input devices microphone (not the camera speaker).

Do you get the same behavior when speaking through a different device (laptop computer, different mobile device, etc.)?
