3 sets of Costco Arlo pros

I have 9 Arlo pros from Costco, 7 of witch are used in my home.

I have a garage at my neighbor's place that I want to monitor with his wifi to my phone with my other two cameras .

Is this possible with his permission.

1) in range to your base unit ( on your wifi )

2) he has a base unit for his wifi for the camera ( you can have multi bases on diff systems )
