2way will work with iPhone 5, but not on our iPhone 6s

Absolutely, love my new Arlo pro set up!! So easy, even a single mom can do it!!! However, this single mom can not figure out how to get the two way to work with my iPhone 6s. It works with my son's iPhone 5 fine. I'm holding down the button the whole time, and it's updated. If anyone know what I should do to fix it I would sure appreciate it!!!

It may be the phone permissions for the app to allow access to the mic.

Ok, checked it and microphone Has permission for the arlo app

Try reinstalling the app and accept all permissions.  Any luck?  Also, the volume can be quite low when trying to talk from the phone - are you sure nothing is coming out of the camera speaker?
