2 phones cant access account at same time

We recently installed our cameras.  We both receive an alert when there is activity on our individual phones.  One of us automatically is logged out and cannot access the videos at the same time as the other.  Is there a fix? We both want to be able to access the account when we receive alerts.

Only one person can access the main account at once. This is a security feature. If you want a secondary person to see and control things (if you want), you need to go to Settings and Grant Access to a second person. The access you grant is configurable so the secondary person can either just see cameras (you can select which ones) or see them and control them
