2 of 4 batteries not charged

I have just bought your product Netgear Arlo Pro 4430 here in Stockholm,Täby
When I was to install the 4 cameras, 2 of them were completely unloaded.
According to the description, they should be fully charged upon delivery.
Will it affect the life of these two batteries?
Because they are very expensive, I will not have to buy new ones after a short use.

I also had a battery that was low charged .... charged up fine and hasn't been an issue.

Not sure for you, but here in US warranty is a year on the products and you should know if there's an issue before then.
