2 cameras are showing as offline for 1 email account only

I have had the 1st gen Arlo wire free system for years with just 2 cameras. I recently purchased another 1st gen wire free  camera + an Arlo pro camera for a total of 4 cameras. My email is the main account. I have given access to my husband and 2 sons through their emails as well. When I got the 2 additional cameras I did have to go in to grant them access to all 4 cameras. It worked fine for a few days, but now my husband's email shows that the 2 new cameras are offline when he logs in. They aren't. My sons and I can view all 4 cameras and do live feeds. My husband can only see the 2 older cameras to do live feeds, but he does see videos from all 4 cameras under his library link. Why is only his email account showing that the 2 new cameras are offline?

Try deleting your partner’s granted access from the main account and re invite him again to see if it fixes it.
