2 cameras always on, 2 cameras only on at night

I would like to have two cameras working all the time (outside) and the other two (inside) working at night.  I tried to create a rule to do this but don't understand how to get the outside cameras both into one rule.  Do I have to create a rule for each camera?  How do you control the time on the camera within the rule?

Once you create a custom mode for the FIRST camera, just go back and edit it to add the second camera

 

(modes>ADD A MODE for custom mode, then click on > to edit )
