Two Arlo Pro wireless cams. One takes no videos, the other takes hundreds. Constantly asking that fully charged battery-operated cameras be connected to AC power. Try to get supprot chat? You get this: Your chat request has been canceled because no agents are available.

Useless.

Hi @danwriter,

What device are you using that shows to be connected to AC power? Could you provide a screenshot that shows this?

Thanks for providing the screenshot. Do you have your Arlo Pro plugged in to the AC power? And do you have an Arlo smart subscription?

Not sure why one would keep a battery-power camera plugged in, but there are many problems with this system. Yesterday, the cameras and base station completely disappeared. I'm in the process of tryng to reinstate them. I'm ready to send them back.
