Hello Arlo Support,
1 out of 4 Arlo Pro cameras that I just purchased keep going offline.
The location of the camera is inside a metal cabinet. The base station is just right on top of the metal cabinet. The internet router is just right next to the metal cabinet. There is very little or zero activity on this camera as it is just sitting in the dark inside of the metal cabinet, unless I open the cabinet.
Please advise.

so following your recommendation, I took out the camera out of the metal cabinet and place it on top of the cabinet. An hour later, I checked and it went offline again. I took the battery out and put it back in, and it shows that the battery status is drained. I turned it off and charged it overnight.
This morning, it went offline. I removed the battery and and put it back in. The battery shows 67%. The issue is with either the battery or this particular camera #4. All the other cameras still show 100% battery until now.
It is funny and strange that multiple users on this community have or had issue only with one camera from all of the rest of the cameras.
Please advise the next step.
I am in Toronto, ON, Canada.

I moved the camera to another room and attach it on wall. It was okay when I just installed it. As of now, it is off line again! It is frustrating.
Please advise the next step.

Pull the battery, run the Pro on the power cable and adapter only
See if it still goes offline ( eliminates battery issue ).
If it does, contact Netgear Support as the cam may have a problem

I pulled the battery out, and the camera was running with the cable power plugged in.
I just checked now, and it is offline again.
