So there is 1 Arlo video frokm the 25th I'd like to download to my PC, but when I click download, it opens a new window and it just says Connecting... No issues download any other videos. Anyone run into this issue?

Ok, So oddly enough it downloads if I click on the 3 dots on the library screen. Not sure why it won't download from the video itself.

I use Android devices, but this was only happening on the PC.

Could be a glitch in the file ...many truncated files fail to load on a pc.
if not needed then I would delete same and then power button reboot the base ...then keep an eye on it.

It has always been like this for me, since day 1. I have two base stations, and the only way to download any videos on the PC is to click on the three dots and then select "download". Just "download" on the web page never works for me (opens a new tab in Firefox and then nothing happens). I say bad software.

So I think the issue is FireFox, I don't have any issues downloading videos with IE (Edge) but everytime I use Firefox it has an issue.

Is FF up to date? Try flushing the cache to see if that makes a difference.
