Not sure if this is the correct name of my cameras, but you will know by my account! my cameras all of them are foggy from dusk tell, Dawn every day! No matter how cold it is outside! these are outdoor cameras, in the last month or so they have stopped picking up anything as normal! I’m paying by the month yet I’m not getting any kind of service. People are walking right in front of them and they aren’t picking anything up!? Do you have any answers for all of this!

This is a user-to-user forum, so only the mods can check your account.

If you see "Feed" and "Dashboard" in your app menu, you can go into the camera settings and you will see the model right under the camera name.

So the image is clear during the day?

What mode is the system in?

How far away are the people from the cameras?

Can you make a manual recording while livestreaming?

Have you run the motion detection test (in default mode settings if you see "Feed" in your app menu)?

All cameras except A, are always foggy on rainy and cloudy days when it is cold, them seem to halost their seal! And these cameras are only about 6 months old, one of them was replaced by you!and it does the same!

Not me.  This is a user-to-user forum, and I do not work for Arlo.

Is there condensation on the face of the camera (covering the lens?)
