strange colors pro 5s

pro 5S worked until this sunday now shows funny colors onlytried to attach a photo but I do not think it worked

This looks like loss on the wifi connection, but it's possible that something glitched in the camera.

Have you tried removing/reinserting the battery?

known problem.  just return the cameras now and cut your losses.

This issue isn't the same as the one on that thread.  The video stream is clearly corrupted in the screenshot.

Removing/reinserting the battery reboots the camera - which can resolve the problem.  If that doesn't, then the next step I recommend is measuring the wifi speed at the camera location with your phone.  Use the Ookla speedtest app (free) and turn off mobile data before running the test.
