Just hardware revisions, the two versions should perform identically.
I think these are generally component substitutions that are use either when a component becomes unavailable or perhaps when a less expensive but equivalent component becomes available.
In any event, Arlo never gives details here (and I don't know of any other manufacturer who gives out details on this either),
