Video has horizontal lines

Brought 2 Pro 5 cameras 3 months ago. One just started showing horizontal lines. Does anybody have any pointers about how to remove them?

Sounds like  a hardware issue. If you have a subscription for them, use Settings, Support (Center) to select the camera model. Scroll down to Contacts to talk to official support.

You might try removing and reinserting the battery to the camera and test again to see if you still experience the same behavior. Also try testing the camera in a different location to see if you still experience the same results.

 

If neither of the options above work, I encourage you to reach out the support to further investigate the issue, as jguerdat mentions.

Same issue with ultra 2 4k Alfred’s fought to have it replaced and still the same issue 4 cameras and this is the only one with the issue in night mode did all their trouble shooting steps too.  Worked great for 5 weeks now this. The replacement one out of the box does the same thing.

WHat have you tried? This tends to sound like a signal strength/quality issue to me.
