I have had 4 cameras using Arlo Pro for 7 years with now issues. I wanted to upgrade my cameras to some newer models. I bought Arlo Pro5S 2K cameras.
I know if you have less than 5 cameras on Arlo it was free. I removed one camera and added a new one. After 30 days the camera still works but I can’t review the shot. It just says trial ended and I need a subscription to view recordings. I can still manually turn on viewing but it doesn’t goto the library.

The legacy cameras use the free 7days arlo cloud service of which the limit is five.
Any later model cameras than 2018 require a paid subscription to use the arlo cloud service.
