I am not getting any recordings within the last hour in both original Arlo and Pro 2. Cameras did detect motions. Even live videos don't always work ("Connecting..."). Internet and wifi are fine. I tried rebooting a base station (Pro 2's) and that didn't fix it.

I didn't update my iPhone's iOS app this morning, but did get its v6.5.6 about four days ago. Is the Arlo streaming server down? My cameras are reporting motion detection, but I cannot stream live video from them. Yep, tried it all. Updated Arlo Secure on 2 mobile devices. Rebooted both devices. Tried my fiber ISP connection, no good. Tried my mobile data connection, no good. Cannot even load motion events video since over an hour ago. My Ring cameras are performing perfectly. So, what's up???

I am having the same issue and it’s not creating the events even though it says motion detected. Seems to have started 2-3hrs ago for me. Arlo has been giving me nonstop problems with its CVR function as of the past month or so nonstop. Not sure what is up. Arlo needs to get it together, their service is not cheap for this to happen.

I too am having issues with video feed. It says connected but it wont let me open the carea in the app nor see video of the camera.

Hello, is there a system outage currently? I cannot access any live feeds on my three devices, and none of them are recording any video/audio. I have restarted all my devices, checked my WiFi, and the issue still persists.

Good ol' Arlo - down and out again. What a worthless "security system" - never works when you need it to and it''s been like this for years and years... never changes, never improves...
Cannot do live view, trigger and video nonexistent except every once in a great while.
Have been having spotty issues with triggering and recording since yesterday at the very least. Even when I do get a video playback is problematic. Also response time has been awful, much latency. Go to feed after launching app and watch it struggle to populate the feed. Have Android 6.5.2_6050402 Samsung S21 Ultra 5g.
If you look at Arlo's own status page, says every thing is okie-dokie. Check Arlo status on downdetector and you'll get a different story - completely.

1. Arlo's https://status.arlo.com/ status web page shows old dates in color ball icons' status when hovering mouse cursor pointer over them like on "All Good" texts. See my below screen capture/shot:
2. Uploading my images into this web forum: Copy and pasting into my post didn't work due to "Image upload failed. Try uploading a different image or from some other source." error. I tried inserting photo with a PNG and GIF screen shot image file, but it was missing. However, my finished post shows it.
I was using updated 64-bit Firefox v144.0.2 in my updated 64-bit W10 Pro. PC.

I am having same issues. No live streaming on any cameras . I have both Pro5S and Pro2 cameras. I did not update the app nor did I update the operating system for the iPad.
