Update Payment option is not available (app or web)

The is no option for updating my payment information. Neither on the app nor the web page

Why doesn't my Arlo VMC4060 battery charge. I bought the Pro 5 2K a few days ago. Also why can't I access the subscription option on my app. I'm really dissapointed with this Arlo camera!

Are you still in the trial?

FWIW, the two play stores ( both apple and google) take a massive cut of all app purchases. I believe the current percentage is around 30%.  So Arlo (and other subscription services) often don't use that method.

If should.  What charger are you using?  

You might consider exchanging it with the seller.
