How do I turn off the white light flash light and the 2 side blue lights on my arlo 5S 2K. I don't want them to go off and/or be noticed?

Not sure exactly what you're asking but you disable the spotlight in the camera settings, Light Settings.  Make sure Night Vision is set for B&W (without the spotlight there's no color). There's only 1 blue LED on the camera that indicates fully charged which can be turned off in the camera settings again, this time by clicking at the top where the camera is named and turning off the Indicator LED.

Hi, I've been having similar issues

My spotlight setting is turned off and the night vision is set to b&w and the spotlight still goes off at night when it detects motion

I have no idea how to fix it

arlo pro 5s 2k

all the firmware is up to date

Start by removing the camera from your account, reset it according to this FAQ, and add it back. Be sure to check your spotlight/night vision settings again.

Why would this help? I have 20 cameras set up over a large estate so this would take forever

Are you saying this is happening to all 20 cameras???

Yes

I called arlo about it weeks ago and they've done nothing to follow-up

There is something wrong that can not be fixed on my end I'm almost positive

Maybe try the reset on one camera, and see if that makes any difference.
