Hello,
I placed an order directly from the Arlo Europe website over a week ago, and I still haven’t received any tracking number or shipping update. I contacted support and they told me the case was escalated, but I haven’t heard back since.
I’m going on holiday very soon and urgently need to receive the product before I leave. I also saw that other users are experiencing similar delays with no updates.
Has anyone here had the same issue? Any advice on how to get Arlo to move faster or get tracking?

Can you please dm me a callback number as well as a good time to call. That way I can have support look into this further. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.
