Recording times are off and sometimes missed

I am SO frustrated with the entire Arlo Camera system. One day it’s this issue,  next day it’s that! “Inconsistency” is a great simple word to use. I have own for well over a year now and constantly adjust this and that, trying to tune in sensitivity, zones, and other. Connecting with support is another challenge, just to add to my list. I use Pro 4 have and have upgraded to Pro 5 series, with great hopes that Arlo had corrected all my issues I had, nope, the same screwy results. I guess I’m the fool here giving them 240$ subscription fees, 1000$ for hardware. Oh my, my newest/latest problem is that Arlo has now started recording events anywhere from 1- second on up to my 2 minute set point. No Arlo, I do not have the recording time as needed. I simply use the 2 minute setting. I can only forecast where this conversation will go, do this, do that, reset all my cameras and start over. I’ve heard it all from their end before. My response is, WHY? Why is this the remedy for correction as all the problems will simply return. As I’ve seen someone post before, when you need the system to work, it doesn’t. When you don’t, it does. It will detect auto’s and people one minute, the next it will not. To Arlos credit, the two wired doorbells devices I own, work pretty much flawlessly. Exactly what I’m expecting from their Pro camera. SkiBrew, 20250423
