Pro 5S 2K camera won't fit in housing

The camera won't click in and fit securely inside the white camera casing -- sticks out 3/8 " when pointed down and remains loose.  How fix?

Try getting some silicone grease, and applying a small amount to the O-ring on the camera body.

I use both thumbs on the edges of the camera with my fingers wrapped around the case to make sure the camera clicks into place. 3/8" may mean something is keeping the camera from being inserted properly. Check both the case and the bottom of the camera.
