Pro 5 taking snapshots

Hi, I have a Pro 5 and it keeps taking snapshots for some reason..

can I stop this from

happening ?

It could be that the battery is causing a low power setting to take effect or that the setting in the camera rule is for snapshots rather than recordings. Check the camera settings in Default Mode Settings as well as the rule in each mode (Arm Away, Arm Home, and Standby) to see if Customize Device has been used.
