Pro 5 is not charging

My 5 pro is not charging. I spoke with an agent this afternoon who suggested to let is charge for a couple of hours and if didn’t work that it would’ve replaced under guarantee. The battery is dead and doesn’t charge. The agent told me to call back. Now I get a message to subscribe if I wanted a live agent!!!

Are you using a charger that provides 5v and at least 2a?
