Pro 5 camera connection issues

Since update 3-4 weeks ago have been unable to connect 3 pro 5 cameras b4 update all perfect , have tried many times to connect using Arlo guides have now escalated issue and still not resolved , has anyone had similar issue? App also seems unresponsive have reinstalled app and cameras still nothing

Have you tried the remove/reset/reinstall process on one camera yet to see if that helps?

I found the same problem. It all started with not being able to replay feeds. I reset camera per tech support now it wont reconnect. Ive set my network to 2.4 , turned off guest network, turned off mobile data and Bluetooth on my galaxy phone. Ive tried moving around. Im at wits end.
