PRO5S Recording stops after x hours.

Hi,

 

I have an issue with my new PRO5S will record, and then stop after a few hours. The IR dots are on, but it does not store recordings. The app also shows movement, but no recording. I cannot open the live stream either.

 

If I reconnect the power, it will start recording right away and be accessible, but again, a few hours later it will stop.. then I can repeat the power trick, and it will work for a few hours again..


Full signal strength, and not outage in signal. 9 other devices works flawlessly.

Have you tried to do a full reset on the Pro 5S and then add it back onto the account to see if that changes the behavior you are seeing?
