Online Purchase Snafu

Just purchased cameras online as a guest. Card was charged immediately. Before I could print or write down order number the page disappeared. I waited for email confirmation. Did not receive an email confirmation. Thinking I may have made a mistake when typing my email,  I tried to contact Arlo. Every contact method required an order number which I do not have because the screen disappeared and no email confirmation. I can't talk to a person because I don't have a subscription.
Then I read that purchasers are given ONE HOUR after pushing the "place order" button to cancel an order.
I do not even know if the order has been received even though my card was charged.
I need help and don't know where to turn.
