Motion detection doesn’t work

All 4 Pro 5S cameras don’t detect motion-even directly in front of them. When testing motion, the amber light will come on but the cameras don’t detect it when enabled. Even when accessing the live feeds, it takes up to 10 seconds for the live view. They are placed 50-60 feet from the hub and there are no obstacles (other than the glass of a window) between them. Please help me use my cameras.
I have a premium subscription and my cameras are fully charged and linked to the smart hub. I’ve restarted them several times but the issues remain.

I don't know if the problem was resolved in the end or not.
However, my Pro 2 and Ultra also have problems with motion detection, though probably not as bad as that of Pro 5.

I have two suggestions.
First, I suggest you double-check that the cameras are armed in the mode you are using. If they are, then increase the motion sensitivity to 100 for now.
Second, I suggest moving one of the cameras closer to the smarthub as a test, and see if the motion detection (and the livestreaming lag) improves. Ideally put it in the same room as the smarthub (6-10 feet away from it).
