Manual Record Doesn’t Appear on Feed

Anyone else having the problem with, primarily, Pro 5S cameras not retaining a manually recorded clip? Once again I spent hours with tech support and didn’t get a resolution. I’ve tried resetting everything, removing one camera and re-adding it. Removing the app and re-adding it. Strangely enough my Pro 2 cams manually record just fine and are retained. Ah the joys of Arlo recently.

Do you have a subscription which includes the Pro 5? Your trial sub may have expired meaning no cloud recordings. The Pro 2 cameras have the original free 7 day plan but any newer cameras requires a subscription.
