How to Sync My Arlo Pro 5s 2K camera with my wifi network

I can't sync my Arlo Pro 5s 2K camera with my eero pro SSID 2.4, 5, 6 GHz mesh router network:  The network can't find my device.  I am using the App thru my iPhone 13.   Anyone know how to do this?

    WHat encryption are you using? Arlo wants WPA2 (AES) although some compatibility modes with WPA3 may work.
