ARLO is a scam, tried to cancel many times as my father moved from his house to an assisted living facility. After trying to cancel for 5 months finally had to cancel credit card to end the charges. Never again will I or anyone I know signup for your service. If I had time I would start a class action lawsuit!

Users not being able to cancel has been reported on here multiple times before.

 

To be sure: you should contact your credit card company to report that. You should also contact your trading standards office or equivalent to report the issue, too.
