Subject: Thank You and Feedback on the Arlo Pro 5
Dear Arlo Team,
I would like to sincerely thank your team for the quick response and efficient handling of my case. I have now received my order, and I am extremely satisfied with the product quality.
The image resolution is excellent, the sound is clear, and real-time notifications work perfectly. Thanks to the Arlo Pro 5, I can now go on holiday with peace of mind, knowing that I’ll have real-time updates on what’s happening at home. I have absolutely no regrets about choosing Arlo.
That said, I would like to share two constructive comments:
1. I ordered the 4-camera pack, but only one charger was included in the box. I believe it would be helpful to include additional chargers, ideally one for each camera, to enhance the user experience.
2. Regarding delivery, the estimated timeframe was 2 to 4 days, but I actually received the package after one week. Unfortunately, this delay caused me to lose part of my vacation. I recommend reviewing the delivery process to ensure it aligns better with the advertised timelines.
Lastly, I want to mention that I had previously tried another well-known brand sold at Leroy Merlin, but the experience was far from comparable. Arlo reminds me of Apple in terms of product quality, reliability, and performance.
