Error Upgrading Arlo App

I just bought new cameras to replace old ones and I'm getting a "upgrade app" message, but when I try to upgrade I get an error message and can't add the new cameras. All the firmware is updated and all cameras are online

Do you have the latest app as noted in the appropriate app store? It may be that you need to migrate your account from the old user interface that uses Library to view recordings to the new one that uses Feed. This started back when the Pro 5S and security hub were introduced and any new camera released after those also require the new interface. To do this, the process for adding the new cameras should begin with that migration after which you can add the cameras. So, have you migrated the account or is that part of the problem? Give us all details, including screenshots if appropriate so we can help.
