My Arlo pto 5 will not connect to my wifi. I have a new spectrum router that doesn’t have a 2.4 specific selection. It has a range of 2.4 to 6. The device is supposed to pick the setting that it needs. My cameras will not connect. I don’t know if that’s the reason or not.

The Pro 5s supports both 2.4 ghz and 5 ghz, so I am thinking that is not the problem.
Is the Spectrum wifi security set to WPA2 (AES)?
If you have any special characters (punctuation, spaces, etc) in the network name or password, then you might need to remove them.
You might also try onboarding using a PC (my.arlo.com) as that sometimes will work when the phone app fails.

Thanks for your help. I kept trying over and over again and finally they logged on. It might be an issue with my Wi-Fi at the time. But thanks again for your suggestions.
