Charging a pro 5s camera

My battery is dead but my pro 5s camera flashes blue and amber. What is wrong?

Usually flashing red/blue is an indication that the camera is trying to update but it has likely failed if it is continuous.

 

It is unlikely to be recoverable so check your warranty status for the camera using the arlo mobile app, settings/support/camera.

Have you reinserted the battery? Do you have another camera to swap batteries around? Is the alternating LED color when plugged into the charger or when battery-only?
