Camera works but no activity showing in feeds

My camera was working fine during free period, showing feeds and activity, I signed up and have a subscription but from the end of the trial month, the camera functions fine but there are no feeds.
The camera is linked to the subscription, you can see it on account, clearly something isn't connected. I have sent a support request but heard nothing.
Anyone had this issue?

It sounds like the camera is not armed. Check your active mode to be sure there are rules telling the camera to trigger when it detects motion.
