Camera will not reconnect after disconnecting

My camera disconnected from our WiFi and I have tried to connect using the prompting. Any ideas? s but it will not. Battery charged and WiFi which is a 2.4ghz is work

Did you remove it from the account before trying to add it back?

 

You might also try the factory reset - opening the camera and pressing the button inside until the LED flashes amber (about 15 seconds).
