Hi, I am looking to buy the charging connector for the camera Pro 5. I just would like the connector without the cable. I have already the power wires arriving at the places where the cameras will be installed. This would allow me charging the batteries without having to reach the cameras which are placed very high. Thanks for your ideas. Regards, Marc

The Pro 5s cable is proprietary (using a magnetic connector). Are you sure you don't need a cable?
The indoor charger is just a USB 5v 2a charger (with a USB-A connector).
The outdoor cable has a fully integrated charger that cannot be detached. The cable is long (25 feet), and is outdoor-rated. The integrated charger delives 9v 1.1a (which the camera can also accept).

Regardless, you'd need to somehow locate the connector manufacturer to see if you could buy any. Since it's proprietary, good luck. Otherwise, buy a cable and snip the connector off so you have wires to work with.
FWIW, I'd suggest purchasing third-party outdoor cables (getting ones that detach from the charger). Then find a way to get USB-A power sockets at the receptacles serving the cameras.
But all this depends on the details of what is currently in place.

Thank you for your answer. However this doesn't solve my problem. The cameras are high on the wall outside of the house (circa 3,5 meter) and taking a ladder to recharge the camera is cumbersome and unsafe. On the other hand, I have already electrical cables arriving through the wall to the different camera places. This comes from a previously installed surveillance system. I would like to use those.
Message to the Arlo team : I cannot update the open case as the server returns since a few days the error message "page unavailable".

Note this is a user-to-user forum and I don't work for Arlo.
It is impossible to give correct advice on re-using the existing wiring without knowing the details of what cables you have installed now, and what power they carry.

Note that Arlo doesn't recommend the cameras being that high since the distance to subject is marginal at best. These aren't like the always powered CCTV cameras so the limitations need to be acknowledged and acted upon.
Regardless, you'd need to somehow locate the connector manufacturer to see if you could buy any. Since it's proprietary, good luck. Otherwise, buy a cable and snip the connector off so you have wires to work with.
