Battery fail/ cameras stop working after a month

I am having a very bad run of my Arlo cameras batteries failing after a few weeks.
 
I am purchasing them through Bunnings,
 
Over the past 12-18 months I would have returned several cameras that just stop working.
 
I am running them with your Arlo solar chargers.
 
Is it possible to have someone contact me?
 
You will be able to see how many have failed from how many I have connected to my account.
 
I am currently down to 1 camera working.

Generally, the issue with battery drain is due to too much recording and live viewing along with the quality of the WiFi connection. Proactively recharging batteries instead of allowing them to drain is useful. Also, remember that the solar panels are trickle chargers that only work during the day so heavy usage can still drain the batteries.

 

Have you tried charging the batteries? If so, what happens? It's highly unlikely that all those cameras and batteries are faulty but you can use the app to go to Settings, Support Center. Select your camera and scroll down to Contacts to see what official support may offer.
