I have a brand new Arlo Pro 5 S 2K.
app reflects 0% charge after 24 hours of charging. Blue light on camera comes on when plugging in. Tried different outlets. I don’t have much patience for this as it is brand new. Support chat is useless. They can’t even get the correct camera when I type which one it is. Any thoughts before I pack it up and return?
