Arlo pro 5s 2k not syncing in Costa Rica

I purchase a pack of three cameras and I go to set them up in the app and there’s only the option for an Arlo pro 4. I cannot get the Arlo pro 5s cameras to sync with a pro 4 option in the app either. Do Arlo pro 5s 2k work Costa Rica?
