Hi just moved over to a new service provider Virgin media and my Pro 5 s camera won’t connect to it it continues to blink orange I’ve tried factory reset sync button etc with no luck any other suggestions

Make sure you are connecting your Arlo device to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. Most Arlo devices can only connect to a 2.4 GHz band. For Arlo Pro 5S, this device works with 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands after installation is complete on 2.4GHz.
