My Arlo account currently manages two locations; however, following a recent relocation, I require assistance transferring ownership of location one (without having to go through the time-intensive process of physically removing all cameras, then factory resetting all cameras, opening a new account, setting up all cameras again, and then physically reinstalling all cameras), including its associated subscription plan, to other family members who now occupy that residence. This action will streamline my account to reflect only my current location and its respective subscription. Thank you.

Do you see "Feed" and "Dashboard" in the app menu?  Or do you see "Library"?

 

Are all the cameras installed to one account?   Or do you have one account for each location (sharing cameras with the "friend" account feature)?
