Hello,
I just installed a new kit of 3 Arlo Pro 5S 2K
Two of them where supposed to connect via Securelink, but it’s grayed out in the settings menu of every camera.
The install location is Switzerland.
Can you please help me?
Thank you,
regards.
Stefano

SecureLink is a function of both the Pro 5 as well as the security hub. If you don't have the security system (it's only available in the US at the moment) you have to use WiFi or a SmartHub to connect the camera, similar to the other Arlo cameras.

Thank you for your reply jguerdat.
Does it mean Securelink is optional and is not currently available in Europe?

It is definitely optional, and it requires that you also have Arlo's home security system. I believe that is only available in the US.
