Arlo Pro 5s 2K cloud recording

I am interested in buying the above noted product but have been having difficulty finding out specifics about cloud recording. I understand that with the trial I will get 30 days of cloud recording. However, is there any cloud recording provided once the trial ends or do I need to buy a plan? My app notes that the Arlo Pro 5S 2K maintains 7 days of cloud recording after the trial ends but I have not been able to confirm that on the website. Any information would be helpful and appreciated.

You need to buy a plan.  None of the currently sold Arlo cameras offer any free cloud storage.
