Arlo Pro 5S - cannot get any of my cameras to stop recording with the Arlo Secure App

Since upgrading to Arlo Pro 5S, I cannot get any of my cameras to stop recording with the Arlo Secure App. I have tried schedules, etc. and spoke to 3 Arlo Techs all with no results.
