Arlo Pro 5 issue

I have just purchased the Arlo pro 5 camera and having difficulties in connecting it via the app. The light flickers blue, chimes and then after a couple of minutes it states that no cameras are available.
I am connected to a 2.4Ghz bandwidth, I have tried resetting it, tried on an iPhone and an android device, tried a different modem router and still experiencing the same issue.


i have spoken to Arlo support through the phone which wasn’t much help and also contacted our broadband service who stated nothing is wrong from their end
