Arlo Pro 5 2K - ne sont pas dérectées

J'ai un réseau avec 7 caméras Arlo Pro 5 2K.

Je veux y ajouter 2 caméras supplémentaires (Pro 5 2K) mais il ne trouve aucune des 2 caméras.

Comment puis-je résoudre le problème?

Are these new Pro 5S or used? Could they be on someone else's account? Have you tried doing a reset on them and then trying to onboard them onto the account?

These are new pro 5. I bought it in a pack of 3. The first one is working. The other two not.

I did a reset several times but it did not help.
