It is all well and good to advise purchasers of the regions in which  the camera is functional. That however, is useless after the purchase has been made based on your product marketing. Save customers the money and frustration up front by indicating this in your promotional advertisements

Fix the insularity in the product offerings 

Your products are sold globally … respond to your market

We do understand the frustration of Arlo not being available in all regions. Our team looks into this regularly and in the future this could change. However, I do not have any updates if or when that will be. If there is a change, I will reach out to the community and provide that update.

Can you provide more information regarding your concerns? What region are you located in?

Hi

The camera system was set up in Jamaica. There are 6 Cameras in all and 3 Base Stations… Surely a commitment to your products. Two more 5s 2k cameras were purchased and they cannot work 

Waste of money 

Surely Arlo has to do better to support their products

Arlo has NOT  addressed this concern 

Sadly, loyal customers who have made these products their mainstay remain dissatisfied 

Simple solution: 

Extend the offering outside of your existing region 

Allow users the option to either subscribe or use their BASE STATIONS to utilize their purchase
